Mentorship Minutes: “Bridging Worlds: Collaboration Between Academic and Health System Mentors”

We’re excited to announce the second session of our new Mentorship Minutes series—make sure to save the date! Mentorship Minutes is a new initiative designed to spark informal, insightful conversations on mentorship in embedded health research.

Each 60-minute session features a dynamic panel including a senior fellow or alumnus, an academic supervisor, and a health system mentor, with panelists sharing 15-minute reflections on a mentorship topic followed by an open Q&A.

The December 9 session, titled Bridging Worlds: Collaboration Between Academic and Health System Mentors, will feature Fellow Kelly O’Neil and Mentors Glenda Keenan, Barb Baker, and Janice Keefe, who will share lessons on navigating mentorship across sectors to foster alignment, trust, and meaningful engagement from both sides.
